Andrássy avenue and around, from American millionaires and fortune seekers to love affairs and secret summits held, walk the staircases, peek into courtyards, marvel at the beauty of their interior decorations and listen to the story of aristocracy.
Walk No 3. ’The Rainbow Walk’
Visit, discover and walk around some of the most beautiful palaces and villas in the colours of the rainbow. Learn about the unique vocabulary of the colours, the Hungarian folk symbolism in Art Nouveau while entering places where no other tourist are allowed.
Walk No 4. The ’Elephants and Atlas’ Walk
City park and around –Steaming waters, trunks and ivory, castles and the 'Garden of Scents' in one amazing sensual trip. Visit the spectacular one-hundred year old buildings of the Zoo, look around at amazing palaces and peek around at the thermal bath through coloured glass windows.
Curious Baths - Ottoman Heritage
Harems, the Caravan Serai, the thermal baths... Hungary is the place in Europe where you can still find traces of the late Ottoman Empire back in the 16-17th century.
